- The firm fee covers what applies once per firm: operation, security and maintenance of your own instance, GDPR-compliant hosting, and central administration. The per-user fee covers what applies per person: dedicated, parallel capacity for calls, emails and WhatsApp, plus an individual account with its own permissions and overviews. This way, a small firm never subsidises the infrastructure of a large one — and vice versa.
- Yes — the fee doesn't cover individual integrations; it covers the operation of your own instance: server infrastructure, security, maintenance, and central administration. All integrations are included at no extra charge: you activate what you need and the price stays the same — including new integrations added later.
- Because each user receives dedicated capacity: calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages are processed simultaneously and individually for every account, never shared. More users means more parallel communication being handled. The per-user fee also covers the ongoing development of the AI, which every account benefits from automatically. Users can be adjusted monthly.
- Pilot partnerships are available on request. Please raise the topic during the demo conversation — we will discuss scope and terms together.
- Yes. All product updates, new channels, new integrations, and new automations are included in the licence price. There are no premium tiers and no add-on pricing.
- Via Stripe.
- Any person with their own Fiscova account who can view, approve, or modify content. Clients who communicate via email, phone, or WhatsApp do not count as users.
- Monthly cancellation is possible, except on an annual contract. We will discuss the exact terms during the onboarding conversation.
